At mayra gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precious purchase. Since jewelry is a high-value and personal item, we follow a strict return policy to ensure authenticity and safety.
1. Return Window & Eligibility

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Anti-Fraud Policy)
For high-value jewelry shipping safety, it is mandatory to record a continuous, unedited video of you opening the parcel/box upon delivery. This video must show the shipping label clearly, the sealed condition of the outer courier bag, and the actual unboxing. In the rare event of damage, theft in transit, or a missing/defective item, this video is required to process your claim.
3. Non-Returnable & Custom Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
4. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, our support team will send you a return shipping label and coordinate a secure, insured pick-up from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred design or size is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and inspected, you can make a separate purchase for the new jewelry piece.
6. Refunds & Inspection Process
Upon receiving your returned package, our gemologists and quality control team will inspect the item to verify the metal purity, stones, weight, and condition against our original records.
We will notify you once we have inspected the return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [Insert refund days, e.g., 7-10] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
