• Weight & Purity Variations: The final weight of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones may vary slightly in the final finished product (a variation of +/- 10% is standard in jewelry manufacturing due to polishing and hand-crafting). Invoice pricing will reflect the metal weight declared at checkout.
• Hallmarking & Certification: All gold jewelry sold by mayra gold is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in compliance with Indian law. Diamonds and precious stones are certified by independent laboratories (such as GIA, IGI, or GGL) and accompanied by authenticity certificates.

SECTION 3 - MARKET PRICE FLUCTUATIONS & ORDERS

Precious metal prices (Gold, Silver, Platinum) fluctuate daily based on international bullion market rates. The price of your product is locked and final at the moment of checkout and payment confirmation. We will not honor price adjustments or refunds based on subsequent market fluctuations.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock availability, or high-value transit restrictions. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Purchases are subject to returns solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
