1. Origin & Delivery Locations

All our jewelry pieces are packaged and shipped from our facility in Surat, Gujarat, India (Address: 88/89, Yogeshwar Society, Shyamdham mandir, Sarthana Jakat Naka - Kamrej Rd, Surat, Gujarat 395013). We offer fully insured shipping to most pincodes within India. If our shipping partners do not cover your pincode, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

2. Insured Shipping (No Extra Cost)

Every shipment from mayra gold is fully insured in transit against theft, loss, or damage. You do not have to pay any additional insurance fee. The risk of loss transfers to you only upon delivery and signature/OTP verification at the destination address.

3. Secure & Tamper-Evident Packaging

Your jewelry is placed in a premium, hard-shell gift box, which is then sealed inside a durable, tamper-evident courier bag. Important: If the outer courier bag appears cut, torn, taped, or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package. Return it to the courier executive and contact our support team immediately at mayragold8282@gmail.com.

4. Processing & Manufacturing Timelines
